Information we ask for and why:

 

The following are asked for so that we can contact someone with relevant details pertaining to their holiday stay at the Villa:

 

• Lead guest name

• Address of lead name

• Telephone number of lead name

• Email address of lead name

 

The following is requested to ensure guest numbers do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property:

 

• Other adult guest names

• Child names and ages

 

We use the following information to confirm the length of stay, availability of the Villa and also to give the appropriate directions to the property on arrival:

 

• Arrival and departure dates

• Arrival airport

 

Cheque Payment and Security Deposit:

 

Any Cheques that we receive are paid into our Bank account within 5 days of receipt.

If a guest informs us of their Bank details so that we can return their Security Deposit, payment is made directly via our own online account and the details are not stored by us either electronically or manually.

 

Sharing Information:

 

We only share the lead guest name and arrival/departure dates with our local management company in Florida via their booking system.

 

Storing Information:

 

Completed Booking Forms that we receive from guests are kept in hardcopy format. They are also stored on a personal computer with appropriate security and is password protected.

Data is kept for as long as is necessary to meet UK and US tax requirements. All hardcopy data is shredded when no longer required.

 

Website:

 

We do not monitor or collect any data from visits made to our website.

At the end of their stay, we give our guests the option to submit a review of their stay using the VR360 Homes website. Any such reviews submitted will appear on our property page on the VR360 Homes website and may also appear on our own website.
